I led the UX and UI design for Pizza Hut Israel’s delivery app, including user research, flow definition, and modern interface design focused on improving conversions and overall ordering experience.

Problem Statement

The existing delivery app suffered from cart abandonment and low conversion rates. The challenge was to align the app with Pizza Hut’s updated branding while redesigning the flow to reduce friction, build trust, and improve the overall customer journey.
