Project Overview

Pizza Hut Israel wanted to refresh its delivery app to reflect the new global branding and create a smoother user experience. I was responsible for the entire product design process — UX research, strategy, UI design, and working closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation.

Problem Statement

The existing delivery app suffered from cart abandonment and low conversion rates. The challenge was to align the app with Pizza Hut’s updated branding while redesigning the flow to reduce friction, build trust, and improve the overall customer journey.

Outcome

The redesigned app is ready for launch, with a streamlined user flow and a stronger connection to Pizza Hut’s global brand identity.
